People believe that sharing vulnerability is weak. But it is not true. In fact, sharing
vulnerability is a way of facing our life positively (积极地).Being vulnerable and sharing our
stories and troubles show we are brave and strong. It is another feeling we need to know about.
Here is an example. There are two teachers. They will teach you how to speak in front of other. The first one

Now few businesses can run without (没有) computers. School even offer lessons for their students to learn
to write on computers. But what are we giving up am handwriting loses in importance in society
Researchers from Princeton University studied two group of students. One group wrote out their notes in
class while the other typed (打字) them with a computer. In order to show the differences between the two groups,
researchers tested both groups of students 30 minutes after a lesson, and again a week later.
The results showed that both group did well in the first test. But students with the handwritten notes were
able to better remember and understand the lesson a week later, and were more open to new ideas.
According to the lead researcher. "Our findings suggest that even when computers are used as planned, they
may still cause harm to your learning."
Part of the reason for this is that notetakers using pen and paper could understand the lesson better and put
what they heard in their own words. Those taking notes on a computer typed faster, but they always tried to type
every word exactly as they heard it, so they didn't really pay enough attention to the content of the lesson. That's
the problem students chose to take notes with a computer because it could help them take notes faster, but it
undermined learning.
Computers aren't going away anytime so on, but that doesn't mean paper notebooks need to become
out-of-date. In fact, its best to start using them at an early age. University of Indiana researchers compared brain
scans of five-year-olds. Some of them practised writing letters down and some just looked at the letters. Those
who wrote out the letters had better and even "adult-like" brain activity.
So next time when you need to take notes, why not choose a pen and paper over a keyboard It will do

Even though some students hate wearing school uniforms(校服),there are several reasons why school
uniforms are necessary.
They Create a Sense of Unity and Identity(身份)
School uniforms show a sense of identity and unity in a school. By dressing in the same way, students may
feel like they are all part of something bigger. Uniforms often change a school from simply a place to something

Uniforms allow students to give schools a visible identity-something which students can be proud of.

bullied if they weren't able to keep up with the latest and often more expensive fashion trends.
Make sure that children should all wear the same uniform and it is one way to reach this goal. Students will

School uniforms make it easier to distinguish (区分) between students and strangers. School uniforms make
it easy to tell when there's a non-uniformed stranger, and possibly an unwanted stranger in the schoolyard. It
