The English Language Assistants program (英语语言助理课程) is very famous in the UK. Every year, it sends many language teachers to support the teaching of English in other places around the world. I took part in the program last year and spent six months in a small town called Privas (普里瓦) in France.
The small town lies in the southeast of France. It is a beautiful place. And it’s famous for its chestnuts (栗子). Lots of chestnuts are produced there every year. There is even a festival about chestnuts. People from Privas have a strong sense of belonging. On weekends, young people who live a busy life in nearby cities often come back to Privas to get together with their family.
The quiet environment and comfortable lifestyle made me fall in love with Privas. The school where I taught was a great place to learn about French culture. I learned some special French customs there.
People greet each other by kissing on the cheek (脸颊). The number of kisses depends on where you are in France. On my first night in Privas, I stayed with a host family. They told me that in most places in France, people give two. In the north of France, they give four kisses. And in Privas, the custom is to give three. This made me sometimes wonder which cheek to kiss first. Since I had long hair, when a person was kissing me, some of my hair would end up in his or her mouth. That was really funny and awkward . But people there were pleased that I was getting used to the local culture.
Six months of staying there made me feel like part of the town. It was an unforgettable experience and I can’t wait to return there some day.
29.The writer went to Privas to ________.

A.Two. B.Three. C.Four. D.Five.
32.What does the writer think of her stay in Privas

①Everyone wants to be successful in their study. But how to do that Here are a few things you can do to make yourself successful.
②Make your study a priority. Successful students always make study their priority. That is, they always put their study before other activities. If you have an important exam and feel not well prepared, you should probably give up the big party two days before it. This doesn’t mean you can never do things you like, but you should always put study at the top of your to-do list.
③Work honestly. This means you should work on your own and avoid copying or cheating. Cheating won’t get you anywhere. It may seem like a shortcut at first, but will finally get you into trouble in your study. When it comes to life, this can lead to some bad influence on you.
④Stay focused (专注的). Successful students stay focused on the task. Once you start working, get rid of your phone, your TV, storybooks, etc. If you need to study for a long time, for example, one hour or so, you can take a break to refresh your mind. But the break does not have to be long —5 to 10 minutes is enough. Don’t turn it into an hour long break with only 10 minutes of studying.
⑤ △ If you want to be successful, you should ask questions when you have them as well as answer your teacher’s questions. Be an active member of group activities. Taking notes is also important. Not only will taking notes help you study later, but doing so will also keep you engaged in the classroom. Taking notes can help you have a better understanding of what you’re learning as well.

Do you like eating instant noodles (方便面) The food is easy to make and cheap to buy. This year is the 60th birthday of the invention of instant noodles. It was invented by Japanese businessman Momofuku Ando in 1958.
China is the biggest market for instant noodles. It can be a snack for students, a meal on a train, or just a good choice for hungry workers. More than 46.2 billion instant noodle packets were sold in 2013, a BBC article reported. But by 2016, those sales had dropped to 38.5 billion packets, according to the World Instant Noodle Association.
The biggest reason for the drop is the rise of online food delivery services (外卖服务). They can bring you food no matter where you are. They also offer more choices and tastier food. According to a 2016 survey by China Youth Daily, about 70 percent of young people order meals online at least once a week.
This shows that Chinese people now expect higher for the quality of their food, according to Shen Hongbing, a professor from Chongqing Technology and Business University.
Facing this challenge, instant food companies are trying to do something to increase sales. For example, Kangshifu, one of the largest instant noodle companies, improves the instant food to be healthier. It puts more natural food and fewer man-made tastes into the noodles and it also tries to make its noodles non-fried (非油炸), which can cut the calories (卡路里) and bring less fat. Another big company, Tangdaren, takes actions, too. It lowers the price of the instant food. It changes the price from 9 yuan to 7 yuan for each bowl. There are many other instant food companies following them to increase their sales.
Will instant noodles disappear one day We don’t know. But they have surely left a mark on dining history.
71.Were the instant noodles invented by a Chinese businessman
72.According to the passage, what is the biggest reason for the drop of instant noodle sales in China
