The stone had special instructions: "Whoever finds this stone should go straight into the forest at sunrise,"it said. "A river will appear in the forest; swim across it to the other side." The instructions continued, "You will find a tiger there and need to try to kill it. Then run up the mountain without looking back. At the top, you will find happiness."

Recently, there have been such questions in my mind from time to time: I am always thinking I am not as pretty or handsome as others; I am always feeling no matter how hard I study, I can never be the best. These worries are common for students today.
There are many different causes of students' pressure(压力), but it usually comes from social media as well as expectations from their school and parents. On social media, people usually seem to have perfect lives, which makes you anxious. But what you see on social media is not always real actually. School and parents can also lead to their pressure. Parents always want their children to succeed, but attending school, going to after-classes, and doing homework can make the hardest-working students feel worried and very tired. So, how can you deal with the pressure
Check in with your friends. We all have bad moments when life feels hard. A simple message like, "Hi, I am not feeling good!", can sometimes start a meaningful conversation. In fact, your small act of reaching out first may bring you a lot.
Caring about others is important, but you can't pour from an empty cup. If you are dealing with your own mental(精神的) health challenges, always think about yourself first. Learn to say no when necessary, and do it bravely. This could mean cutting down your extra work when you're already as busy as a dog. Protecting your energy is key to staying mentally healthy.
Accept your difficulties and give yourself a chance to rest. Every now and then, you are probably told not to give up when things get difficult. But when can we feel that it's OK to give up As the saying goes, " ▲." If you feel like things are holding you down, find a way to take a break. You can always give up when you hit your limit (极限)and start out when you feel ready again.
Your mental health matters most. The time for yourself will give you the power to face challenges. Remember, it's OK to be not OK, and it's OK to ask for help.
27. What does Para.2 mainly talk about
A. The harm of students' pressure.
B. The meaning of students' pressure.
C. The reasons for students' pressure.
D. The standards of students' pressure.
28.What can you learn from the underlined sentence in the passage
A. You should think about what others need.
B. You can give your friends a cup without water.

D. You need to be healthy in mind before helping others.
29.Which saying is most probably in ▲ in the passage
A. A strong wish has no rest.
B. To succeed, you must keep trying.
C. A change is better than a good rest.
D. To rest is for the longer journey ahead.
30. What is the writer's purpose in writing the passage
A. To show students' pressure of daily life.
B. To learn the fact of feeling the pressure.
C. To encourage students to put their mental health first.
