When Hill was small, he was a famous bad boy. At the age of 9, his father married his stepmother. At that time they lived poorly in the countryside while his stepmother was from a rich family.
His father introduced Hill to his stepmother as he said, “Dear, I hope you notice this is the worst boy in the entire shire (郡), who has made me have no other way. Maybe before tomorrow morning he will throw a stone at you, or do a bad thing you will never imagine.”
To Hill’s surprise, his stepmother went up to him with a smile, held up his head and looked at him carefully. She then turned around to tell her husband, “You’re wrong. He is the cleverest and most creative boy. Only he doesn’t find a place to show himself.”

Many of us don’t pay much attention to the importance of eye care. It is said that if you take care of your body, then you can surely be healthy. That is why our eyes should be given a lot of care. Natural eye care should be put in the first place.
There are several causes leading to poor eyesight like not eating enough food, genes and aging (老化).
Televisions, computers and reading are also the causes of having poor eyesight. If you happen to work in front of a computer, you’d better take a break every once in a while.
Something dirty can cause redness and it will make you feel uncomfortable. It is bad for your eyes, too. If this happens, the best way is to clean your eyes by using cold water. You must also try your best to protect your eyes from harmful things. For example, sunglasses are not just for fashion but they can also serve as a great way to protect your eyesight from UV rays.
Eating healthy food will do good to your eyesight. Remember that vitamins A, C and E are good for the eyes. Try to eat food groups that have these vitamins. And you should do eye exercises because they protect your eyesight, too. If a person exercises regularly and eats the right kind of food, his eyes will stay in good condition for a long time.
All above are natural ways of eye care that help us keep healthy eyes. Being happy all the time can be helpful to a person’s eyesight, too. In a word, eye care is very important, no matter how old a person is.

How I Have Changed These Years
In the blink of an eye, I am in Junior Three. Looking back at the past years, I have changed a lot.
I used to be short, shy and silent. I’m much taller now, outgoing and active. I used to have poor English study results, poor oral English, and often made mistakes. Now I have found the right learning methods, such as making foreign friends and speaking more English. I also make fewer and fewer mistakes by keeping an English diary. Now my English is better than before. I used to like playing games and watching short videos on my mobile phone. Now I like listening to music and join the school basketball team. If I have time on weekends, I often go to the park to play basketball with my friends.
I hope my life will become better and better.
