一、指导思想
本命题试卷以培养学生核心素养为出发点。培养学生语言能力、思维品质、 文化品格和学习能力。
1. 考察语言能力：在听力理解中，考察学生在听发音清晰、语速适中、句 式简单的音频材料时，能够获取有关人物、时间、地点、时间等基本信息； 能否掌握教材中重点句型的交流问答。
在笔试部分中，考察学生是否能够理解常见词语的意思，理解基本句式和常 用时态表达的意义；通过语篇材料，考察学生对词组固定搭配是否掌握，对 上下文的联系，完成语法规则；考察学生对语言简单、主题相关的简短语篇 内容是否理解，并能够获取具体信息。
2. 文化意识能力：通过一篇对端午节简要介绍的短文，了解中国文化，提 高爱国主义情怀和文化自信。
3. 思维品质能力：考察学生识别、提炼语篇的关键信息；根据语篇，能就 题目中的观点做出正确的理解和判断。
4. 学习能力：考察学生在做题过程中能否通过所学知识认真思考，并通过 检测，发现并解决语言学习中的问题。
二、考试内容
具体考察内容和问题围绕以下几方面：
考察物主代词、身高、形容词比较级及最高级、国名、数字的表达、序数词、 职业、爱好、地名、感受、出行方式、会做的事情，一般现在时、一般过去 时、一般将来时和现在进行时四种时态的简单表达，考察一般疑问句和特殊 疑问句的问答，动词在不同时态中的用法、方位介词，端午节中重要的历史 人物等。
三、命题原则
英语学科毕业考试应遵循以下命题原则
1. 考察内容根据《英语课程标准》2022 年版。
2. 试题素材、作文表达手法体现公平性。
3. 遵循课本基础知识：如有关端午节一文，利用传统文化考察所学基础知 识。
4. 问题设计符合学生心理特点，根据知识掌握程度，由易到难，循序渐进。
四、试题设计亮点
1. 根据当前社会比较积极向上的人物 (如听力测试中第二题中的文篇人物 谷爱凌)，学生能够通过语篇对人物进行简单的了解
2. 根据笔试部分第四大题中的 B 语篇，了解通过努力学习和大量阅读一心 想报效祖国的虚构人物 Donglin，学习其爱国情怀，学习 Donglin 知道自己的 不足，勤于补短勤奋好学的品质，达到立德树人的目的。
五、考试形式
综合测试卷有两部分组成，其中听力考试占 40 分，笔试部分占 60 分，全卷
满分 100 分。考试时间为 60 分钟。
