Should We Reuse Textbooks
Should we reuse textbooks We have discussed it in our class. Here are the results.
More than half of the students think it is necessary to reuse textbooks. They think reusing textbooks
can not only save paper, but also protect the environment. What’s more, it can also enhance students’ sense
of responsibility. However, 45% of the students don’t agree with them. Because they think they cannot have
their own textbooks, and they cannot mark on their textbooks, or even take notes.
In my opinion, I think we should reuse some kinds of textbooks in order to save our resources, like art
textbooks and music textbooks. But there is no need to reuse the books like Chinese books, English books
and so on. We can use them for years and we need to take notes on the books. Just as the saying goes, "No
writing, no thinking." Taking notes helps us learn better.
