John went to visit his old grandpa in the country. After chatting(聊天) the night away, John's grandpa prepared breakfast of beef and eggs.

We all know health is the most important in our life and we know smoking is bad for people's health. But not many people know about the danger of second-hand smoke.
Second-hand smoke is the smoke that comes from the smoker's breath (呼吸). If people breathe in second-hand smoke from time to time (有时), they may get ill from it. It can cause lung cancer and many other diseases.

Sitting in front of the television is probably relaxing, but spending too much time in front of it may take years off your life. Watching less television may help you live a much longer life.
Australian researchers(研究者) studied more than 11,000 people over the age of 25.Their study showed that if people watched TV for six hours a day, they lived about 4.8 years less than those who didn't watch any television.
